Handwoven from natural raffia, this generous 100 x 40cm lumbar cushion features a beautifully textured woven centre framed by a raw, fringed raffia edge. The irregular fringe gives it an effortlessly organic feel, while the long rectangular shape makes it perfect for styling across the front of a bed, along a sofa or on a daybed or bench.

Its soft natural tone works beautifully with linen, timber, woven textures and neutral interiors, making it an easy piece to layer into coastal, bohemian, rustic or earthy-luxe spaces.

Our styling tip: We filled our 100 x 40cm cushion with 2 x 50 x 50cm feather inserts, creating a beautifully full and relaxed look.

If you’d prefer a single insert made specifically for the 100 x 40cm size, we’re also happy to arrange a custom feather insert for you. Simply contact us and we’ll organise this for you.

Please Note

Due to the natural and handmade nature of these cushion covers, variations in colour, texture, weave, fringe length and shape are to be expected.

The raffia fringe is intentionally raw and irregular, giving each cushion its relaxed, organic character. Some raffia strands may be longer or shorter than others, and occasional loose fibres are part of the natural finish rather than a fault.

1. Damaged or Faulty Goods



  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact the courier immediately and then email us at enquiries@willowandbeech.com.au with the enquiry number so we can assist with a claim.
  • Claims must be lodged within 60 days of delivery.
  • Approved claims will be resolved via store credit only—cash refunds are not offered.
  • After 60 days, issues are considered indirect or incidental and are not eligible for claims.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.




2. Returns & Change of Mind



  • Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused, undamaged condition.
  • Returns outside these conditions may be refused.
  • If you request a refund instead of store credit, a 10% restocking fee applies (to cover merchant fees, warehouse handling, and admin costs).




3. Cancellations



  • Orders cancelled after checkout incur the 10% restocking fee.
  • If the order has shipped, you must return the item at your expense; a credit note minus the restocking fee will be issued once received.




4. Sale & Ex-Display Items



  • All purchases marked Sale or Ex Display are final—no returns or exchanges.




5. Discounts & Promo Codes



  • Only one discount may be applied per order.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to special orders (e.g., PayPal/email orders, laybys, custom listings).
  • All codes must be entered at checkout—post-purchase adjustments are not available.




6. Store Credits & Gift Vouchers



  • Store credits and gift vouchers are redeemable on products only (excludes shipping).
  • Gift vouchers expire 3 years from purchase date.




7. Pre-Orders



  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together. If you wish to have in-stock items sent earlier, please contact us—additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or customs delays.

Shipping Information

Shipping 

Domestic Shipping: Our items are sent via Australia Post using Safe Drop, or Aramex, If an item is needed urgently we can Express post through Australia Post on request by prior arrangement. Please note Australia Post is not a fragile service and while we endeavour to ensure your items are well protected we can't guarantee their safe arrival so we add Shiptection Shipping Insurance at time of checkout for 100% peace of mind should an incident arise.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days unless the item is available for Pre-order which will be stated on the listing. (Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on Preorders). Please note during sale periods due to an influx of orders you may need to allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch of orders.

International shipping: International shipping cost is dependant on your location, shipping timeframe can take anywhere from 5 working days to 3 weeks dependant on location. Customs and duties charges may be applicable dependant on your location and this is the responsibility of the buyer, by proceeding with purchase you agree to these terms. 

Delivery Times: Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will be notified when your order is being dispatched and a tracking number will be given. 

Please note, country and remote areas may take longer, orders to WA can take approx 2-3 weeks. If you are in a rural or remote location or living in SA, WA & NT, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product(s) you ordered. Shipping ETA’s are provided by the courier company and unfortunately this is out of Willow & Beech’s hands.

We do our best to dispatch in a timely manner, once dispatched we are at the mercy of the courier companies. If you require Express Postage please contact us to arrange this in advance of your order for an additional fee.

Furniture items are sent via furniture removalists who offer a blanket wrap service. As we will need to work on their schedule this can mean delivery may take a few weeks. If you would like a rough time frame before committing to purchase please feel free to contact us. If furniture is required quickly we can obtain a freight quote but any additional charges will be payable by the customer.
