Returns

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Items must be in original, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging intact.
• Sale and Ex-Display items are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

Faulty Goods

• Claims for faulty or damaged items must be lodged within 60 days of delivery.
• Approved claims will be resolved via store credit only.
• Please email enquiries@willowandbeech.com.au with photos and your order number.

Processing Time

• Credits or refunds are processed within 5 business days of return approval.
