It's a shame when items get lost or damaged in transit and unfortunately when these things happen we are at the mercy of the couriers. This is not the experience we want for our customers, so we offer ShipTection insurance for peace of mind on your purchase. If you would like to be covered for loss or damage please ensure you select ShipTection at checkout.

Please note that if ShipTection was removed at checkout you will not be eligible to make a claim. We suggest you contact the delivery service your goods arrived with to find out their policy.
