Many of our most-loved pieces are handcrafted in small batches by our talented artisan partners in Bali.
Rather than waiting until stock arrives in Australia (where popular pieces often sell quickly), we offer preorders so you can secure yours before our next shipment lands.
Why do we offer preorders?
At Willow & Beech, we believe beautiful homes deserve thoughtfully made pieces—not mass-produced products.
Our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, natural materials and small production runs.
Offering preorders allows us to:

Your piece is handcrafted (or allocated from the current artisan production run).

It travels to Australia.

Every item is unpacked and individually quality checked by our team.

We carefully pack your order and send it to your door.
How long does it take?
Our current estimated preorder timeframe is approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Because every piece is handmade and transported internationally, this timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to shipping schedules or customs processing.
If anything changes, we'll always keep you informed.
Will I receive updates?
Absolutely.
You'll receive regular email updates throughout the preorder process so you're never left wondering where your order is.
If you ever have questions, we're only an email away.
Ordering in-stock and preorder items together
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they'll usually be shipped together once your preorder arrives.
Need your in-stock items sooner?
We're happy to arrange split shipping for an additional shipping fee.
