When will my order be sent?

We ship within 1-2 Business Days (with the exception of Sale periods, during which time it may take an extra business day)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery: Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will be notified when your order is being dispatched and a tracking number will be given. 

Please note, country and remote areas may take longer, orders to WA can take approx 2-3 weeks

Can I have my item Express posted?

Yes! Please contact us at enquiries@willowandbeech.com.au with your location and the items in your cart so that we can arrange an Express Shipping quote for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please get in touch if you would like us to shop around for an affordable shipping quote for you as the website is only based off Australia Post pricing.

How can I track my order?

All customers will receive an email with a tracking link at the time their order is dispatched. Please check your Spam folder if you are unable to locate it. If you aren't able to find your tracking email please get in touch and we will send you the link.

Do you offer Discounts to first time buyers?

Yes! We offer 10% off and a complete loyalty program. Please click here for more info.

Do you ship from within Australia?

Yes! Our warehouse is located in Queensland and all orders are shipped from there.

If I don't like my order can I get a refund?

If you receive your order and change your mind we offer a full credit for the purchase price of the item to redeem on the website, or if you would prefer a refund we are happy to process this minus a 10% restocking fee. Please see our terms and conditions and Returns page for more information.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Unfortunately no. We have closed our physical location and our items are only available to purchase online. If you would like more photos or assistance we are happy to help, please get in touch.

Will Sold Out items be restocked?

Generally speaking, yes! If we are able to keep sourcing the product we will usually always restock. There is a 'Contact when available' button on all sold out listings where you can leave your email or phone number so that we can contact you when your desired item is back in stock. If you would like to know a rough time frame, please contact us. Some items like our vintage and one of a kind pieces may take longer to source again so please buy these while available to avoid disappointment.
