Crafted from sturdy teak in Northern India, bajots like this were used as stand for spiritual offerings in rural Rajasthani households. They were also used as a tabletop around which families would gather for traditional floor dining. Today, they can be used as an imaginative way for you to display a curated vignette of candles and trinkets or to add height and depth to your grazing table. Each bajot that we have collected has developed a beautiful patina over their 70 years of use and are completely one of a kind.
